Well, since nearly nobody at all ever comes here, I guess I can say what I really think.

Everybody knows the story of "Superman"; the mythical creation of "DC Comics". Just suppose a tool could be built that would give powers to the owner / handler similar to those of mild-mannered Clark Kent when he wears his underpants on the outside of his trousers. Hopefully, you'll be taking this all as a joke and not seriously. Although it would be a very different world if this were all true and the weapon / tool described in these pages actually existed, the same tool would make an SAS-style body of men virtually invulnerable, if so armed. At time of writing, no practical experiment has been undertaken towards the actual manufacture of the said tool. Quite soon, I shall be making light spontaneously erupt out of water, just by twanging a string. From there, it will be a short road to re-creating the massive architechtural feats of the ancients.
